The pictures are of a hydraulic powered floor grinding machine, it is totally self sufficiant and powered by a 4.2 litre turbo charged diesel engine, with a super clean exhaust suitable for indoor use.

The height of the diamond tipped cutting heads, which are hydraulically driven, is adjusted by hydraulic cylinders which are controlled by a rotating lazer beacon.

The cutting heads are cooled by clean water injected through the centre of each head which is then picked up by a vacuum system driven by the engine.

The horizontal position of the cutting heads can be adjusted hydraulically equally about the machines centre line.

The movement of the machine is also hydraulically driven and can be adjusted from 5 metres per hour to 5Km per hour, the machine also has hydraulic powered steering.

The machine has tanks for diesel, hydraulic oil, clean and dirty water which can all be replenished whilst the machine is in operation.
